Welcome to the Sacred YES Universe

The Sacred YES Universe began with toast.

​

Late-night toast.
Butter melting into warm bread.
A small, ordinary ritual that felt like comfort, memory, and presence all at once.

​

One night at 10pm, I stood in my kitchen with tears streaming down my face and loud ego backtalk flooding my system. I fell to the floor and cried. And I felt them — my inner child, my ego mascot, and my higher self — all sitting there with me.

​

And I thought:

 

Oh my God. This is it.
I can either keep living a life built on patterns I did not consciously choose…
or I can make one up.
One I want to live in.
One where I don’t merely survive — I thrive.

​

And thus, the Sacred YES Universe was born.

​

It began as a return.
A remembering that the smallest moments are portals.

 

 

It Deepened in the Clay

 

It deepened during the Self Help Detox.

 

Hands in the clay.
Literally.

 

I was exhausted from trying to follow formulas for a happy life.
Overwhelmed by strategies, tactics, and step-by-step plans.

 

I knew there had to be another way.

 

My mentor said,
“Then stop. Stop everything.

Burn the paper.

Throw it away.

Go get your hands in the clay.”

So I did.

​

​

I created.
I touched something real.
I let life move through my body instead of trying to solve it from my mind.

​

That was when Stella became 3D.

That was when the field opened.

​

The Sacred YES Universe was born the moment I realized:

We do not need more self-improvement.
We need more inhabitation.​​

 

 

What It Really Is

 

The Sacred YES Universe is a field of magic.

 

Magic as in: we participate.

​

We choose our language.
We design our rituals.
We reshape our stories in real time.
We make meaning on purpose.

We get to make it up.

​

We already have been — unconsciously —

through inherited beliefs, borrowed ideas,

and unexamined narratives.

​

So why not make it up consciously?

​

 

Why not go all out?
 

Wild. Rebellious. Weird. Honest. Why TF not??

​​

This is a creative ecosystem full of soul expression -

art, embodiment, humor, oracle cards, ego monsters,

inner children, and unapologetic truth.

​

It is ridiculous and sacred.
Grounded and cosmic.

​

It is alive because you are alive.

 

 

Why It Matters

 

Every human is already living inside a universe.

​

The question is:

Is it designed by fear…
or inhabited by choice?

​

To build and inhabit your Sacred YES Universe is to:

​

Create — instead of consume.
Nurture — instead of numb.
Rest — instead of collapse.
Grow — instead of grind.
Recalibrate — instead of push harder.
Inhabit — instead of wait.

​

This is why I built — and continue to build — this Sacred YES Universe.

 

And yes…
it is far more fun than playing follow the leader.

​

I hold a lantern so others remember they can build their own universe.

​

This is not about becoming someone else.

It is about inhabiting in the life that is already here.
