All of You
Is Welcome Here.
Creating Space, Artifacts & Experiences where you remember to exhale
You've been carrying a lot, haven't you?

Hi again!
For all of my life, creativity has been how I've navigated joy, grief, confusion, healing, and change. When something feels too big, too tender, or too important to ignore, I write, paint, create, and listen.
Through the Sacred YES Universe and the Sequence process, I help women give shape to what is alive within them. Together, we use creativity, conversation, and compassionate witnessing to transform life's wobbles, questions, and transitions into wisdom, art, and new ways of being.
This work is my passion because it is the very path that helped me find my way back to myself.
I create places—physical, emotional, artistic, and digital—where people can finally exhale.
Together, we create the conditions for the body, mind and spirit to exhale.
As someone who has been involved and practicing a holistic approach to life - as Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Bodywork Specialist, Life & Death Celebrant & Holistic Life Coaching - I know how hard it can feel to find and decide you need support.
I've lived through addiction, divorce, grief, financial uncertainty, reinvention, and countless moments of not knowing what came next.
Again and again, creativity became the bridge back to myself.
Sequence was born from that experience.
I walk with women on their journey to deepen the most important relationship they have - the one with themselves.

Self- Recognition Sequence
A twelve-week walk together.
Some days we'll skip.
Some days we'll wobble.
Some days we'll dance.
You will remember how to:
-
Provide Your Own Relief
-
Trust Rest
-
Express ALL of You
-
Live Fully Free & Alive
-
Recognize Your Truth
A few lanterns are lit for this season.

We'll be walking together for twelve weeks.
And just because we're walking together doesn't mean it's always a walk in the park.
Some days we'll descend into the caverns of your soul, feeling our way through the dark until something long forgotten remembers itself.
Some days we'll climb what feels like Mount Everest, one determined step at a time.
Some days we'll laugh so hard we snort tea out our nose.
Some days we'll build blanket forts and simply sit side by side while your nervous system catches its breath.
We'll celebrate.
We'll wobble.
We'll rest.
We'll wonder.
Through it all, you won't be walking alone.

Every Woman is a world unto herself. Let's find all of her.
In a Nutshell:
-
What is Recognition Sequence?
-
Creative self-witnessing as a path to aliveness.
-
-
How does it work?
-
Return → Stay → Restore → Initiate.
-
-
What happens here?
-
We give shape to what is alive inside us through creativity, presence, and expression.
-
What Happens in the
Recognition Sequence?
A woman arrives with something alive.
A grief.
A transition.
A dream.
A question.
A wobble.
A longing.
Together, we witness it.
Through conversation, creativity, writing, art-making, embodiment practices, and compassionate attention,
what was once hidden begins to take shape.
Some women create journals.
Some create artwork.
Some create rituals.
Some create books.
Some create entirely new ways of being.
The form matters less than the relationship being built.
The goal is not to become someone else.
The goal is to recognize your truth - all of it.
(Sometimes that truth is a half eaten bag of chips while crying about losing an identity you clung to for survival.)

Mandatory Commentary from Stella

Listen.
I would just like to point out that most of my problems could be solved by panicking, avoiding people, doom scrolling, eating snacks, and pretending nothing is wrong.
Apparently, Donnia disagrees.
Instead, she keeps inviting women to do ridiculous things like feel their feelings, tell the truth, make art, write things down, and sit with themselves long enough to figure out what's actually going on.
It's deeply suspicious behavior.
That said...I have noticed that when women stop fighting themselves and start creating with what they're experiencing, they tend to feel more alive, more honest, and considerably less dramatic.
So while I cannot officially endorse the Sequence process, I will admit it seems to work. She's in the process of writing a series of books about me - so apparently she does know what she's doing - even when she forgets. I remind her. Constantly. With love of course. And sometimes pizza.
Reluctantly yours,

Is This For You?
Yes, if you are a woman who:
• Feels there is more life inside her than she is currently expressing.
• Is tired of abandoning herself when things get uncomfortable.
• Longs to trust her own knowing.
• Gives herself permission to say sacred and motherfucker in the same sentence.
• Wants to create a life that feels like her own.
• Is ready to stop waiting for someday other than today.
• Feels called to participate more fully with life.
• Is devoted to becoming more alive, not more perfect.
• Simply (ha!) wants some fucking relief.

A twelve-week walk together.
Some paths are lined with wildflowers.
Some wind through deep forests.
Some disappear into caves where we'll need to trust our own lanterns.
Some climb mountains we weren't sure we could summit.
Some days we'll stop completely, build a blanket fort, drink tea, and remember that resting is part of the journey.
However the path unfolds, we'll keep walking.

The Invitation

Set down the baggage.
Set down the shoulds.
Set it all down for a moment.
And walk with me.
I believe your life is asking for your full participation - for all of you to be accessed, acknowledged and recognized.
If something inside you is stirring...
If you can feel the thread...
If you are ready to express all of you and allow every state of being to exist...
I invite you to take my hand and walk with me.
Email me directly to discover which doorway is perfect for you.
💙
