The ego is here to keep us safe in her weird sarcastic & panic driven tone.
STELLA - The EGO MASCOT
When we forget our true nature - we hand over our life force to a part of ourselves - which truly - only wants to keep us safe.

INTRODUCING STELLA: My EGO MASCOT
Stella is my ego.
Not the self-help-polished, incense-burning ego.
The dramatic one.
She was born somewhere between body shame, spiritual bypassing, people-pleasing, and “I’ll start Monday.”
She survived on comparison, control, snacks, and catastrophic storytelling.
Instead of banishing her, I gave her a microphone.
Stella started out as the catalyst for the end of my Self-Help Era and catapulted me into the Sacred YES Universe.
Get Your hands in the Clay - my mentor suggested and throw away all the books. And that's what I did.
Stella was born and I haven't had any peace since.
She has traveled to the forest, the shopping center and even Mexico (where she lost an arm, a tooth and an eye.) She's better now, but very bitter about it. Anyway, This is my way of being lighthearted about the heaviness our egos can create in our world.

Dear Stella™ is the advice column where your inner chaos meets her inner chaos — and somehow leaves clearer, braver, and slightly less ridiculous.
She is snarky.
She is dramatic.
She is occasionally right.
She is never enlightened.
Go ahead, hit the button and ask Stella your question about anything: the "when" phenomena, your inner critic, financial worry, or even relationship advice. I promise you, it won't be what you expect.

“Dear Stella, my inner critic won’t shut up.”

“Dear Stella, how do I trust myself again?”
➤ “Ah yes, the classic amnesia of being brilliant.
Sit down. Breathe. Look in the mirror. You’re welcome.”
