Agreements, Terms & Conditions

(The practical agreements that support a clear and beautiful journey together.)

 

Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place on the journey.

  • Your place is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

  • The remaining balance is due 4 weeks (30 days) prior to the start of the pilgrimage.

  • Payments will be made through the payment link provided (Stripe or equivalent secure payment platform).

  • Custom installment plans may be arranged in advance if needed. These must be agreed upon prior to the final payment deadline.

  • If full payment is not received by the due date, your place may be released and offered to another participant.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please review the following carefully before booking.

This pilgrimage requires advance commitments for accommodations, venues, transportation, and sacred site access.

 

 


Cancellations by Participant

If you need to cancel your participation:

More than 60 days before the start date

  • You may receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit,
    OR

  • Transfer your payment (minus the deposit) to a future journey within 12 months, if available.

 

30–60 days before the start date

  • 50% of the remaining balance (excluding the deposit) may be refunded. Within 30 days of the journey

  • No refunds are available, as accommodations and arrangements will already be finalized. However, you may transfer your spot to another participant, subject to approval.

 

 

 

Cancellation by Organizers

If the journey must be cancelled due to circumstances such as:

  • Insufficient group size

  • Political or safety concerns

  • Natural events (storms, pandemics, etc.)
     

Participants will receive a full refund including the deposit, or the option to transfer their full payment to a future pilgrimage.

 

Please note:
We are not responsible for costs related to flights, additional accommodations, or personal travel arrangements outside the pilgrimage dates.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect these expenses.

 

 

 

Travel Insurance (Required)

All participants must carry comprehensive travel insurance that includes:

  • Trip cancellation or interruption

  • Medical emergencies and evacuation

  • Lost or delayed baggage
     

Proof of insurance may be requested before departure.

This ensures the safety and protection of both the participant and the group.

 

 

 

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to war, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions — refunds may not be guaranteed.

When possible, we will work with participants to transfer payments toward a future pilgrimage.

 

 

 

Health & Participation

Participants must ensure they are in good health and able to participate in:

  • Light walking

  • Standing for periods of time

  • Outdoor conditions and varied terrain
     

Please notify us in advance of any relevant medical conditions.

We reserve the right to decline participation if a condition may impact the safety of the participant or the group.

 

 

 

 

Photos & Media

Unless requested otherwise in writing, participants agree that photographs or videos taken during the journey may be used for future promotional materials.

All imagery will be shared respectfully and in alignment with the spirit of the pilgrimage.

 

 

Conduct & Group Harmony

This journey is a shared experience.

Participants are expected to treat fellow travelers, guides, and sacred sites with respect.

We reserve the right to remove a participant whose behavior disrupts the group or compromises the integrity of the experience.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

 

 

 

Liability

By joining this pilgrimage, you acknowledge that:

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

  • The organizers and guides are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or unforeseen events during the journey.

  • You release the organizers from claims related to travel, activities, or accommodations.

 

 

 

 

Agreement

By submitting payment and confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Agreements.

This pilgrimage is both a logistical journey and a meaningful shared experience.

We hold the space with clarity, responsibility, and care, and ask the same from all participants.
